開胃脆黃瓜Appetizing Crisp Cucumber

材料
大黃瓜 1/2條
小番茄 5顆
薄荷葉 5片
蒜末 3公克

Ingredients
1/2 large cucumber
5 small tomatoes
5 mint leaves
3 grams garlic powder

調味料
鹽 1/4茶匙
白醋 1大匙
細砂糖 1大匙

Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar

作法
1. 大黃瓜去皮後直切成4條,然後切去籽曩後再切小塊。
2. 小番茄對切;薄荷葉切碎。
3. 將作法1、2的材料放入大碗中,加入蒜末及所有調味料拌勻即可。

Preparation Method
1. Peel the cucumber and cut it straight into 4 pieces, then slice off the seeded part and cut the remainder into small segments.
2. Cut up the tomatoes; chop up the mint leaves.
3. Take the ingredients from steps 1 & 2 and put them into a large bowl, add the garlic powder and all spices, mixing it up well and it's done.
